Had my 2017 slingshot worked on by probably the most professional service dept crew that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. The one service man that I dealt with was Mike. All of the crew there was unbelievable how hard they worked to solve my issues and make me happy! It may sound a little strange but I feel like I have become part of a family there at route one Motorsports. Do yourself a favor, go by say hi and see just what I mean.. I will be taking all of my bikes, and watercraft's to them. I can't thank you Mike for your professionalism, and trust! Thank you for the piece of mind you all have given me.

Route one went above and beyond for us, we didn't feel pressured to buy, and they were fantastic at communicating where we were in the process. Took the Spyder in for a wheel alignment. They checked things out and said "not needed." Reset the computer, and didn't charge a dime. Good folks, honest people.

Mike Fletcher in the service department was fantastic. His communication with me and letting me know the status of the servicing of my jet skis was great.

First of all, I walked in and Introduced my self to Willie the owner. He shook my hand and said I know you, your looking for a Spyder. He was right. I was in the shop almost a year ago to the day! and he rembered me. Now that impressed me.he and Dave answered all my questions and were very friendly and helpful. My wife would not ride on a motorcycle and I have wanted to ride for some 40 years. This bike is definitely for all the baby boomers that have wanted to ride but for one reason or another never did. I absolutely love it. I am proud to ride and my wife rides with me. We have been together 40 years and it is a new kind of closeness in our relationship. And being a Vietnam veteran, it is fulfilling my wish list to ride the open rode with new friends

Bought a 2011 Cam Am RTS Audio and Convenience. Spoke with owner about wanting a blue one with Semi automatic. He said he had some coming in at the end of the month (May) and that if he did not have a blue one like I wanted he would switch with another dealer and get me one. He called me on the 18th of May and told me he had it. My wife and I went up there and bought it on Fri. the 20th. We love it....Could not be happier. The whole staff was extremely courteous and very helpful. Highly recommend this dealership

I saw a spyder listed on Craig's list that was offered by this dearlership. Called them and ask them to bring the machine to Orlando for me to see.. they did with no hesitation. I don't think I need to say more. Who could ask for better SERVICE then that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Our experience in purchasing our Sea Doo Challenger 180SE was a very easy decesion.Greg and Willy are execptional in product knowlwdge and are eager to answer any questions to make the right decesion. Route one is a top notch dealer. Really friendly staff. There a no bull sh!t dealer that will explain everthing up front. You dont have to worry about the fine print. They were very helpful in explaining all the finacial details and answering my questions and concerns. They evern stayed open late so i could pick my new unit up that night. When it comes down to purchasing a new toy i will be visting Route 1 again. Highly recomended!!!!

Willy has done service on all my toys, and does very good work. This last time in there I had a problem with an ATV that he hadnt even sold me, and was gracious enough to help me with the problem. I went to Route 1 motor Sports today to look at Ski Doo's.I told the owner I was not ready to buy right now that I was just looking. He spent over an hour answering my questions and going over the different models available. I've been to other dealers and they would hand me a card and walk away. He evan offered to put a ski in for me to try.When I'm ready to buy I will stop back here first. Andrew R
